B2B Return Policy
CNNL Diamond Tools supplies professional diamond tools, machines, and accessories primarily on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. As such, statutory consumer rights of withdrawal do not apply.
Returns are accepted only after prior written approval and exclusively in cases of delivery errors, transport damage, or verified manufacturing defects.
Return Procedure
- Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery via the contact page, clearly stating your order number and the reason for the claim.
- Await written return authorisation and instructions from CNNL Diamond Tools.
- After approval, return the goods securely packed, clearly referencing the order number.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Custom-made, special-order, or non-stock products are non-returnable
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed
- Returns without prior written approval will not be accepted
Any approved refund, repair, or replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.
