2. Products and Information
All product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy; however, errors or changes may occur. CNNL Diamond Tools reserves the right to modify products, specifications, or prices without prior notice.
3. Orders
Orders are considered final once confirmed and accepted by CNNL Diamond Tools. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (€). VAT is included or excluded as clearly stated. Payments must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
5. Delivery and Shipping
If products are in stock, orders placed on working days before the stated cut-off time are usually shipped the same or next working day. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.
If a product is not in stock but available from our supplier, the estimated delivery time is typically between 2 and 5 working days. If delivery within the expected timeframe is not possible, customers will be informed in advance.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the order value and destination. Free shipping may apply for orders above a specified minimum amount within selected regions.
7. Returns and Cancellation
Customers may return non-customized products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Items that are damaged, incomplete, or used may be subject to a reduction in refund.
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge only if they have not yet been shipped.
If an incorrect product is delivered due to our error, return shipping costs will be reimbursed, and the correct item will be supplied as soon as possible.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by statutory warranty in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Wear parts and damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or external influences are excluded.
Any additional manufacturer’s warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

CNNL Diamond Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or damage resulting from improper use of the products. Professional tools must be used in accordance with applicable safety regulations and instructions.
